Fay is Brazilian-Canadian and she joins our board with a background in international relations and conflict studies. Fay brings extensive experience in policy development and policy analysis, with a focus on social justice and DEI. She previously worked as a mentor for the Sister-to-Sister mentorship program at Nobel Women’s Initiative, and she is also an expert in structural violence, approaching inequality from a structural lens, focusing on social improvement and change. As a Latina and young professional, she believes her diverse background can bring a different lens to the board and how we shape the programs we offer.
